Poor Service Delivery!

<p>I am on KeyCare Plus and according my my plan and my knowledge, for an emergency I can go to the nearest ER. On April the 26th I stopped breathing after suffering with Asthma my whole life as well as a terrible case of bronchitis. My fiance rushed me to MY NEAREST ER which was Cape Gate Mediclinic.</p> <p>Now almost 3 months later and on the point of being handed over, Discovery informs me that they do NOT cover my treatment/tests as provided by Cape Gate ER doctor, who has also provided Discovery with a letter of motivation. HOW DO YOU NOT COVER OXYGEN, ECG AND PERFELGAN??</p> <p>I pay enough to receive fair coverage in an emergency, so concider me HIGHLY disgusted in your services! Been on Discovery for 9+ years and trust me, your services are deteriorating at a rapid speed.</p>
