Poor service delivery

I phoned in numerous times to ask consultants about the plan in which I wanted to choose and yet everybody told it's a good plan. Now that I am on this plan, this plan has not been a good plan. I can't visit doctors without having to pay out of my pocket so what the point of having this medical aid with discovery
