Poor service delivery
Discovery health is such a mess. I mean we pay a fortune for proper and effective service yet one needs to wait for 2 days to get a specialist authorization number. I mean, what could be so difficult in just retrieving our records on the system and deliver a service thats due to us..especially if its an emergency! Im so frustrated and annoyed to be honest. Thanks
