Poor service delivery.

For 3yrs now Discovery is still unable to do payments correct and fails to comply. They do not pay accordingly and does acknowledge to system errors which they are unable to resolve. Failing and poor service delivery is annoying and stressful. Apologies are the order of the day though no more acceptable. Discovery, please wake up! Please take action on Shanise with regards to Ref: ********** 705. She closed the reference and failed to correct the matter on hand.
