Poor service!! Claims!

I submitted a claim, they rep**** stated that everything must be clear, it was as clear as it can get with all valid and needed information, sended it again then no feedback gotten, then i sended it through again just to be sure everything was in order still haven't got any feedback its been about 2 weeks and im still waiting, this is poor service and best of all is that i have been a loyal client for almost 10 years! This is not acceptable!!! Please get your priorities in line with your clients
