Poor service

Good day

My nephew sees a neurologist he prescribed medication for chronic they won't register it as chronic because it was prescribed by a neuroloog and not a psychiatrist.. Both are specialists so what difference does it make who prescribes it. My sister is upset because she pays them a **** load of money for less. She can't go to another medical aid as this is her company's choice of medical aid. How pathetic..
