Poor Service at Discovery Medical Aid

I'm struggling to get payment on my Claim. I logged the claim on the 29th February 2024, till today it hasn't been correctly done. Someone decided to pay the money into an incorrect account that didn't claim for it and till today no one one seems to be able to rectify this and pay the refund into my account.
