Poor service and partial payments
<p>It is now the 5th time I have the same issue. My account is setup to refund at cost, but only a partian payment is made. Im now waiting since 5 Sept for my refund. It has been queried twice by you and Bongiwe promised it would be resolved the passed Tuesday. Im still waiting. I have left 3 messages for her to call me, still waiting. Will you refund me for spending more than an hour on my phone to resolve your mistake?</p>

The claim has been paid, yes. But I still do not have any response on why I am not getting phoned back, why it was promised that the payment was to be released last Tuesday and only paid by Friday. Then you have also not confirmed that the issue has been resolved, again this is the 5th time this has taken place.
You phoned me once during a meeting and I could not answer, that does not constitute trying to get in contact with me? I have left 3 messages for call backs?
You have also not confirmed why it took 3 weeks for this to be paid out?
Please give me a call if you would like to discuss this?
