Poor service and not sufficient responses from consultants

I’m so disappointed with the service I’m receiving my previous issue has not been resolved and I’m still waiting for feedback. I submitted a claim and it was rejected when I ask for the reason the consultant don’t give me valid reason and I was told to call the doctor and ask the doctor to call the health partners to find out why my claim was rejected. This is just so frustrating
