Poor service and Dishonesty

The administration of this medical aid is pathetic, first of all you are made to wait for 4 months to receive a refund of your medical savings. Then when the time comes to make payment you are told different stories of when it will be made and fed false stories that payment has been made, but when I call to follow up I'm told a different story that it will only be made the day I called on.

Professionalism and honesty is definitely not something this medical aid about, totally pathetic.
