Poor service and appauling

What a bad experience from DIscovery health,they send me to hospital and give me an authorization number.They pay everything but they refused to pay the doctor who performed the surgery.The reason i went to hospital was because i needed surgery to be performed which was pre approved by the medical review team.Now they come up with excusses for not paying up the doctors claim!
