Poor Service - Agent Unknowledgable

Spoke to an agent Mm Mosholi regarding a possible signup and expected quote. Asked questions, the agent was totally unhelpful. Asked for the network hospitals and doctors he asked me to go read online on the website or I must go and ask the doctors in newcastle if the on the discovery network. Extremely unhelpful and poor service
