Poor service

Last year on 1 May 2024 was admitted to Mediclinic. I am on discovery medical aid of which I was told that during hospital stay medical aid is paying 100%.. Till today i am having a query that discovery cant sort out since last year 1 May2024 the hospital that i was admitted to is not yet been paid, i called every single week there isn't an consultant i haven't spoken too. This is so depressing for me i spend almost an hour with their consultant on the phone yet nothing happens, i end up paying telephone bill at work of which this is frustration that one cant handle. Now the hospital has handed me over to their attorneys for collection please assist
