Poor Service

Hi I lodged a claim for authorisation with Discovery health however was declined being my first claim as injury was because of my neck and a pinch nerve therefore they refused to have me admitted in hospital despite being in excruciating pain as it’s not considered and emergency or part of my body they cover.This is my first claim in three years since taking the policy and am extremely disappointed with service and thinking of cancelling my policy.I contacted Ester witbooi for assistance however only told me that they won’t cover as it is not on PMB benefit.There is no list that was provided to me to indicate certain injuries are excluded.I would like the regional manager to contact me on *** to explain this otherwise I web lodging complaint with consumer ombudsman.
