Poor service
<p>I received a letter in the email to say that I'll be handed over for an amount that I have not paid on my old membership number ********** 31. This amount has been paid in full as I have called in on numerous times and also made a payment arrangement so I fail to understand the letter that was posted to me. Please check your records before sending me letters!!!</p>
