Poor service
<p>I did an application for a medical aid with Joseph Ndovu, he was very helpful until he got a sale then didnt care anymore, I have not recieved confirmation of the application, I sent him a number of emails but has not responded. I am very disappointed in discovery's service. As I stand I dont know where I stand with my application I have called the customer care number with no success of being assisted. I am told different stories from different agents. My experience with discovery has been terrible and it was recommended by a friend, I will not be recomending it to anyone.</p>

Discovery services only gets worse, I was called by Corneluis he was suppose to sort out my problem
but like everyone else he has not called me. I have still not been assisted and urgently need someone to cancel the application. this is beyond bad service
