Poor service
<p>Doctor faxed request for authorisation 2/11/2016 as i need to be assessed by specialist, called 4/11/2016 spoke to Chris who said it was only seny 3/11/2016 Today i called spoke to Gomotso who tells me it was only sent 4/11/2016 this is not good my life is at risk and i keep on getting different information i need this to be sorted out im sick i cant work and my doctor cannot keep me off work too long this is unacceptable. :(</p>
