Poor service

Hellopeter everything when I have to get medication I have to pay R96.84 for levy but now the problem is they are deducting this amount sometimes twice or once a month into my account when I query they will tell me that I must send the bank statement the problem is when the is no money into my bank they suspend the order so how I they processing the order if it was suspended due to outstànding payment.
