3 large dental claims were deposited in a Discovery Claims box in a medical centre over 4 weeks ago - they appear to be \lost". <br> My ID # was changed 23 years ago but the records have not been changed yet despite Discovery being notified on more than one occasion<br> Discovery supposed to have world class systems??????"""

We confirmed that the dental claims have been processed on your membership. When we received them the first time, the membership number quoted on the claims were incorrect and we were unable to process them on your membership. We have contacted the provider and advised them of the correct membership number to avoid this reoccurring in future. Kindly send us a copy of your ID document in order for us to update your ID number on our records.
