POOR SERVICE
I'm on the keycare plus plan and last week i called to ask if i can buy medication over the counter without a prescription, whoever i spoke to said yes i can. Today i call just to confirm and whoever i spoke to said no. Who do i listen to? Should my loved ones suffer because your staff is ***********?!? I want someoene in higher management to give me answers!!!

I investigated your concerns and confirmed that on your chosen plan type you cannot purchase over the counter medication. You do however have cover for acute medication prescribed by your chosen GP subject to the KeyCare Acute Medicine Formulary. I have emailed you more information in this regard.
