POOR REPLY to a SAD REQUEST

I was told to write and send in a special request, that and my wife and I cant have kids naturally. I understand that infertility is not covered by medical aids, but this was a special request. My request was apparently reviewed by the medical board, but I can guarantee that 1 idoit saw the word 'FERTILITY\ and automatically declined my request. Now I have a PMB form to complete
