Poor Queuing on WhatsApp
I tried for 3 hours to wait on a WhatsApp queue to chat to someone today and the system keeps bombing out. I get to the last 10 in the queue and then it just stops working. Almost impossible to get your queries answered like this. Rather remove the weekend support entirely if it doesn't work.
