POOR POOR SERVICE

I requested a week ago that my number be changed so my OTP be updated on the website. After numerous mails plus minus 10 this is still not fixed. Really unprofessional!!!! One Time Password (OTP) Please note that your OTP details have been sent to cellphone number *** *** 2228 at 2018-06-13 10:44 .
