Poor Poor Disheartening Service

The medical aid gaint in South Africa promises a turn around time of 2 hours and yet it's been 2 weeks. So what does an average citizen do to get the attention of this billion rand industry to refund a lousy R3590.00 as big as discovery is you telling not even a single courtesy call can be made to me? Even when I had stipulated on the email when I am available. I'd just urge people not to use the discovery, it's unfortunate at my workplace it is compulsory to have this poor service. I am paying for a service that is pathetic, very expensive and useless at the same time. I am frustrated and tired, I speak bad about discovery when I consult my friends and family, colleagues.
