Poor, Poor Customer services

Discovery Customer services is poor, I have logged maybe twenty calls, trying to update my details so that I can log onto my Discover app profile, nobody can help me, I am sure I have spoken to every Discovery employee about the exact same thing. they cannot update my cell phone number so that I can reset my password. How difficult can that be, it is such a simple thing.
