poor poor client communication and customer service. pathetic

I joined discovery in November 2019. I had the general waiting period of 3months a a waiting period of a year for obesity ad hypertension. I was diagnosed as a diabetic on in the first week of February this year. doctor app**** for chronic they refused because according to them diabetes is related to obesity. I never had any previous signs of diabetes. on Monday past I went to a pharmacy for provera, a medicine that helps with heavy periods. they declined this as well as according to them my period which I started at the age of 9 is also related to obesity. so I am paying for a medical aid that is not covering anything as according to them everything is related to obesity. and the joke is I have called them like so many times and everyone I speak to is not medically qualified to determine whether or not anything is related to obesity. this past Monday I called saying I want a senior person to call me. I am still waiting. no wonder they are always in court and y the NHI wants to be implemented
