Poor planning and unacceptable plan offerings for 2019

I am currently on Discovery Health Key Care Plus plan, lowest bracket. With the annual increases Discovery have decided to remove this bracket so my monthly premium jumps by over R500 per month. This is not practical or affordable. When I try to investigate the new starter product (Key Care Start) there is not one doctor or hospital on the West Rand - I must travel to the East Rand, Johannesburg Central, Pretoria or Vaal Triangle for a doctor or hospital. Surely this should have been addressed BEFORE the old plans were cancelled to ensure that clients can still get cover - or is that the plan - to force clients to leave Discovery and go elsewhere?
