Poor gynaecology cover

It is dissapointing to see how little gynaecologists you have on consultation cover. How many of yoir members are female and expected to pay cash for basic female health care? And I see a trend that the ones that is on cover for consultation are mostly of a certain ethnic group, why is that? I am asking a honest question, is it because you are biast or is ot because one group are asking higher fees than another?
