Poor customer service!!?!!!

I have been logged logging a query for them to assist in changing my email so I can receive my OTP on my active email address, to change my personal details myself but no-one has attended to Me for a month now. How long does it take to sort something this small out? I am extremely dissatisfied with this poor service.
