Poor customer service

I called discovery on 30th of May to add a new primary doctor and removed Mr Nkosi, the consultanted couldn't do what she was told 😔 intend she did her own nonsense, I can't be complaining about discovery every month 😱 it's honestly poor service... Today I called I can berely hear the lady due to them working from home 😭 like really guys 😀😩😥
