Poor customer service at Discovery Medical Aid

Please if you have a choice do not choose Discovery Medical Aid. I have had many different medical aid over the past years. Medihelp, Gems, Bonita's, Momentum and Discovery. By far Discovery is the worst medical aid I have been on and only on it because this is the only choice being provided by my employer. I have visited the Doctor on the 13/04/2021 and there are so many hurdles to jump over before you can qualify for chronic medication. This problem is not yet resolved and the call center sends you from pillar to post without resolutions.
