Poor customer service

I needed a list of gynaecologist around Vosloorus,I was on a call queue for more than 10mins and when the consultant (Ayanda Nqeto)eventually answered,I requested for the list to be emailed ,the consultant put me on hold while searching for the Information,the phone call got disconnected,not sure why,I was really disappointed that the consultant did not bother to call me back or at-least email the info requested,I called back because I really needed that information,the same consultant answered ,again put me on an unnecessary long hold,when she eventually came back to me she confirmed my email address,I was expecting to find the information In my inbox but unfortunately nothing was sent,only received the list around 14:00,I highly disappointed at the level of poor service,its appalling,we could die why try to get help form people who just don’t care
