Poor customer service
The worst medical aid scheme I’ve been on. I’ve been to different medical aids and this has to be the WORST. You can’t even get to an agent for assistance without going via the emergency line. Something so basic yet difficult for discovery. I’m even planning to pull out both cars from the car insurance plan.
