Poor Customer Service

What does one have to do to get assistance from discovery, this is the second time going on hello Peter where a gentleman promised he would deal with the matter himself however its been 3 weeks now where he does not reply to my emails when asking for feedback. I sent through a complaint form and it's been more than 24 hours with no response. This matter has been pending for 3 months now with no resolution.
