I have logged over 7 requests and no one seems to be contacting me regarding my complaints on my pregancny benefit nor my claim that i have submitted but not had a response since 4 September

now you send me an Email stating you never recieved any claims mail????????? 16 Requests and you could not pick up one email? seriously your service is pathetic, im ****ing pregnant you cannot make me stress like this. you making me stress and it is not healthy just give me a call so that we can get this sorted out
