Poor Customer Service

As per the center of medical schemes all medical aids have prescribed minimum benefits for which all emergency medical conditions, the center of medical scheme states that ANY emergency is to be covered. Discovery has declined my request to for an emergency c section to be covered stating that I have been seeing the gynae who performed the c sections prior to giving birth. This is in contravention to the center of the medical schemes act and will be taken up with the ombudsman.
