Poor Customer Care Service

The customer care service from Discovery is beyond terrible! I called them 3 weeks ago and the consultant I spoke to promised to call me back and has not up until today. I have called the call center today again and the consultant has me on hold for 35mins after me telling her I am pregnant. Absolutely perthitic service!
