Poor communcation, poor service, very unhelpful and unwilling to try help.

I was perfectly happy with Tich at Discovery and I decided I apply to the Discovery through the school to get subsidy through curromedical, the group working with discovery/PSG. Well this may be the worst move I made. My monthly deductions came off on the 1st of every month. So with this happening little did I know they canceled this payment ( without making me aware because of their superb communication skills) and then they refunded the money ( again this was so well communicated I was not even aware of this cancelation and refunding transactions.) Balance brought forward non-payment of R 2085 for March 2021 for Medical Aid. Non-payment of R 290 for April 2021. Member has Vitality benefit with no dependants and premium amount of R 290.

Please advise if all is in order?

Kamohelo Mo****di So this was sent to me after a phone call of which I have argued my point about the lack of comms and that since it's my money I should be made aware of everything happening with my account. Now I must magically make this money appear out of nowhere. The company is so set on money they would rather let a client suffer financially and suspend their medical than actually offer proper solutions. I saw the discovery text come through on my phone with the reference discovery in April and I thought I thought it was the normal deduction. I wasn't aware of a refund as stated earlier the communication between client and company is poor from this group. At least with Tich my broker you always know what is happening. With this group I am working with now I know nothing till the end when they want money. Now magically I need to get R2300 , I offered that I can afford to pay this balance off in 4 or 5 months as I do not have this money lying around, I dont even have that much after deductions. Please note that Discovery Health Medical Scheme does not have a payment arrangement solution available for medical aid premiums.

The amounts were paid into your account correctly as the membership was moved to the employer group and the Scheme could not double bill you for the month of March.

Premiums were not received by the scheme end of March.

Then I got this response again communication been sufficient from their side all this could have been avoided, now they want to suspend my medical because I need to magically find R2300 out of nowhere or make my life more difficult by going into more debt, but these people dont care about that as they just want my money but cant communicate when payments are cancelled and when they being refunded. You tell me how I must find R2300. People like Tich Dube should work here as he know what he is doing. This department can learn communication skills and how to work with clients from him. How and where must I now get money from? Please tell me. Considering the mistake and issue is from your side as my payments were done 1 March and proof was sent . What do I do now ?
