Poor client support not leading to a solution.

Discovery is a great medical aid provoder but your client service is behond poor. I am struggling the last 6 months with these guys just to fix my premie my premie went. Up with a R1000 at once. I had no salary increase but a salary decrease due to covid in 2021. This is how long am struglling with with them. I contacted them got helped and send all documents what they wanted and required as per process followed as i were indicated telephonically and as per the verification form, but how many times do i have to fill out the same freaking forms over and over and over?????????? And send the banking statements over and Over and over. The process is broken its clearly not working right. I am fed up. I got another email for requesting the same documents even thought i have send them, seriously, i am not going to fill out the documents again, and i am not going to send my banking statements again,as i am behond gatvol. Appoint people at the service desk that now what they doing please, because clearly they give a **** as my issue are in a constand loop not leading to a resolution. They keep sending me the same mail over and over even after i send the required documents..

Why cant these guys just stand behind their product??????????? Instead of loosing clients by doing the wrong thing. Really not cool..... I have struggled with this issue since middle 2021 i am done, i can't do this anymore.
