Poor Claim Handling

I am stuck on this Medial Aid because of my company but I am working on a way to get off, they'll use any baseless excuse not to pay. I have submitted 3 claims related to an emergency hospital visit, the policy is clear that emergencies are paid in full, but they conveniently only payed one of claim and the other two they're still reviewing since May 2021.
