Poor bad service medical aid

It is with grave disappointment and total unbelief that I received a mail from Discovery to inform me that my asthma is now seen as a exclusion for the next few months till Jan 2024. I have not been treated for any asthma related condition since I had COVID in 2021. I mentioned in my application to the fund that I have astma. I use a beclate asthma pump maybe 1 or 2 times in 6 weeks and only after a very.focussed workout in the gym. I would really convey this poor service to the public as they might not be aware of the pre judice treatments by medical aids such as Discovery. Apparently thisis a good fund I cannot agree with this statement.
