Poor and despicable service

Absolutely useless trying to get hold of somebody! The Whatsapp and Chatbot should be discontinued. What is your customer care email? Why do you not have this on your website?

Could somebody from your comapny please provide me with an email address in connection with a more complicated issue than your chatbots can handle? Neither am I prepared to listen on a cellphone to the many options you have by pressing key so-and-so. Your customer care system is hopelessly outdated and disfunctional. We are not paying the amounts of money you want to get such a pathetic customer service.
