Poor administrative service from Discovery

Absolutely atrocious service from Discovery Health. My father passed away on the 9th Of March and since then I have been unable through numerous interactions to get them to remove my father and make my mother the main member. Every time I get through to a different person who gives different documents that they need to di this change. Latest being they need the Executor of his Estate to get involved which is absolutely ridiculous and seems that they are either just all *********** or unwilling to stop getting a premium for a deceased person. Like all big insurance companies you are just a number with them and not important at all in the greater scheme of things.
