Poor administration services of Discovery Health

I am a healthcare provider “service provider”according to Discovery’s terminology. I just opened my private practice and have been registering with different medical aids to bill my patients and receive claims. I started registering with Discovery health for providers and they have been giving me a hustle, they have poor administration and follow-up, I have about 10 references for each email that I’ve sent , they don’t follow through with the supporting documents I’ve sent , I’ve spent hours on calls with the consultants but everytime I call I have to re-explain my case , nothing has been resolved , it’s been over a month trying to register my practice , at some point they were addressing me with a different person’s name , I am extremely angry and frustrated, and they have been extremely *********** with registration of the practice.
