PMB issues / Medexpress

PMB Issues: Last year i app**** for two PMB's for my wife. Both were approved. To date, discovery keep rejecting the PMB claims for the second doctor and pay out of savings. This year, i app**** for another PMB, which was approved. Once again, discovery is paying from my savings. In the last two months I've spent - 8 hours on the phone in total. Each time i have to go through the whole ****** thing again. This has been going on since December, and is still not resolved.<br> <br> MedExpress: Recently my wife has given a script as chronic meds. If i use anyone but medxpress i have to pay an extra 20% for the meds. Added to that, medxpress doesn't cover the full cost of the meds - there will be a R240 co-payment. Here's the FUN bit - if i go directly to Dischem and pay cash and ignore the chronic, i will pay LESS than if i go through medExpress.
