PMB fund non existent

Went for an emergency surgery in February to get my appendix removed. This is on Discovery’s PMB List, code 9F, Appendicitis, Appendectomy. Even though this is the emergency surgery that I received, Discovery advised that I do not qualify for the PMB fund but to date I have not received an explanation as to why I do not qualify. All they have done is make me cry lol and tell me that I need to pay the hospital bill myself. Great jobs guys lol

Reviewer Update
I received a call from an agent telling me there was some miscommunication.
There has been a LOT of miscommunication but FROM YOUR SIDE and somehow no one at Discovery is being held accountable for giving me incorrect or misleading information for MONTHS. I just received another email yet again with incorrect information. Perhaps if you had one person who really cared enough to listen to me there will be less miscommunication.
There is an outstanding balance of R18K for Doctor Banderker who performed the appendectomy.
I was told you paid him up until 100% but he charged 300%. I was then advised by one of YOUR agents that I need to apply for the PMB fund to cover the remaining balance which we have done. You have now told me that the appendectomy received, which you have listed as a PMB condition, is not a PMB condition and I just want to know whyyyyy.
Thank yoooooou
