PMB Form and supporting documents submitted

Wrote the review below on 31 January 2018. One "Bradley " called me and promised to keep me updated. All the relevant documentation was submitted by the healthcare practitioners. I still haven't received any update from Discovery whether the request was approved or declined!! All I receive is threatening messages from the healthcare providers that I am going to be handed over. This is the cherry on the cake!! Still waiting. I even wrote to their principle officer. No response!! Pathetic and I am fuming!!

Posted 31 January 2018 PMB Form and supporting documents submitted My wife contracted a serious stomach infection on 28 October 2017 and was taken to Life Flora Hospital emergency department. There she was admitted, received intravenous treatment, had blood tested by a Pathologist, had X rays taken and was charged for the emergency rooms and the hospital. I have a hospital plan but all above was declined by Discovery. A PMB form was completed and submitted to Discovery. I confirmed with a consultant early January 18 that it was received on 22 Dec 17 and under review. I inquire about feedback from Discovery last week (25/1/18). One consultant said Discovery requested additional info. Spoke to practice manager who disagreed. Spoke to another Discovery consultant (Tash) who promised she will speak to the person dealing with this matter and will call me back. I am still waiting!!! Pathetic service
