Pmb for wheelchair for my son

I have been trying to get an update on the approved pmb, and to get an answer from discovery is been a nightmare. This is for my son wheelchair and this has been dragging for almost two months. And today i was transferred to oncology department without my consent by the consultant when i explicitly stated that he should not. Reference ***
