PMB dispute

My mother Mrs M Maritz went for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy at mediclinic we had to pay a Co-payment of R 8 150,00 they said the co-payment will be uplifted if it is a PMB condition. Our Surgeon confirmed the code that was sent in to Discovery with the Scope report and the photos. The code K 57.3 is according to Discovery not classified as a PMB code. I phoned the Medical Council they sent me the PMB list and confirmed that code K 57.3 is a PMB code.
