PMB DEPARTMENT- PATHETIC

We app**** for a PMB for my husband December 2015 as he is ill and needs a certain medication, To this day, we still waiting for an answer, have sent through all required documents and discovery keeps stalling, i have had contact with Euan and Qonita, who is the pmb manager, Todays excuse when i call the call centre, PMB is backlogged and turn around time is now unknown, I have been waiting for months!!!!! my husband will DIE without these pills, he is only 32 years old with 2 small children. If this is not resolved, we cancelling and moviing to a better scheme.
